Matthieu studied philosophy and literature in preparatory classes, then graduated from Sciences Po Paris after a stint at a jazz school. He has over 10 years of consulting experience, initially focusing on communication strategy for elected officials and institutional stakeholders, followed by work at a major public affairs firm in Paris. He founded the Kairos agency in December 2018. He places strong emphasis on dialogue that is both robust and candid, maintaining a strategic and proactive approach in all circumstances.

Shanaz oversees commercial strategy and the improvement of client processes. She began her career at Goldman Sachs and founded SR Investment Partners, which supports hedge funds and investment firms. A key player in Kairos’s development, she emphasizes strategic behavior and optimal service delivery. Specializing in tailor-made solutions for complex challenges, she applies her analytical skills. Her leadership ensures excellence and client satisfaction at Kairos.

Melissa is a lawyer by training. Her career path has been shaped by multiple international experiences. She solidified her interest in public affairs over three years of collaboration at the National Assembly, where she expanded her expertise in European affairs and public finance. She joined Kairos in September 2023, specializing in both agri-food and industrial issues.

Alexis joined Kairos in July 2024, following eight years of professional experience. He began his career in 2016 alongside Bernard Accoyer, Member of Parliament for Haute-Savoie and former President of the National Assembly, before joining Emmanuel Maquet, Member of Parliament for the Somme. He then served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Rachida Dati, Mayor of the 7th arrondissement of Paris, for two years.

Trained as a lawyer, Adrien joins Kairos in July 2024, following six years in public affairs and two years working with members of parliament. He focuses particularly on agri-food issues at the national level in France.

After completing a Master’s degree in Political Communication at ISCOM, during which he spent two years in a work-study program at ESSILOR, Louis decided to pursue a Master 2 in Public Affairs at HEIP to explore a new facet of the political sphere. He joined Kairos in October 2023 to sharpen his skills and deepen his understanding of public affairs.
